How We
Think.

Eight rules we don't break. Not guidelines. Not values we put on a wall. The actual operating system behind every decision we make.

01
Speed is the strategy.
A good idea shipped beats a perfect idea that never leaves the notebook. We move fast not because we're reckless — because speed generates the data that perfectionism never will.
02
Shipping is the proof.
Value is measured by what's live, not what's in progress. Every venture that ships — no matter how small — teaches something a planning session never could. The work is the credential.
03
Small is not a weakness.
Lean teams move faster, disagree less, and take more ownership. We don't scale headcount to look serious. We scale headcount when the revenue demands it.
04
Kill what doesn't work. Fast.
Attachment to a bad idea is the most expensive mistake a founder makes. If the data says no, we say no — and we say it before it costs us another six months. Killing a venture is not failure. Dragging it out is.
05
Funny and world-changing aren't mutually exclusive.
The best ideas are often the ones that make people laugh first and then reach for their wallet. We don't sort our portfolio by how serious it sounds. We sort it by whether it solves a real problem for a real person.
06
Resistance is the signal.
The moment we feel the urge to delay, over-research, or tweak instead of launch — that's the signal to ship. Resistance is not caution. It's fear wearing a productivity costume.
07
Identity before tactics.
We don't run ads before we know who we're talking to and why they should care. Brand is the foundation. Every tactical decision flows from it. Confusion at the brand level multiplies into chaos at the campaign level.
08
One metric. One owner. One timeline.
Every active venture has one north star metric, one person accountable, and a hard deadline. Ambiguity on any of these three is where projects go to die. Clarity is not bureaucracy — it's the prerequisite for execution.
09
You see spaghetti. We see a power law.
Most people look at 18 ventures and see chaos. We see a portfolio where one thing will return 10x everything else combined. You don't know which one yet — so you run them all with urgency and let the data sort it out. That's not spaghetti. That's how power laws work.
10
Now or never.
There is no perfect window. The market won't wait. The idea won't keep. Every day spent preparing is a day someone else is shipping. If the answer isn't now, it's probably never — and the honest thing to do is admit that and move on.
11
Speed wins. Full stop.
Smooth is fast, fast is smooth, whatever — fuck it, speed wins. Every framework, every principle, every process we run ultimately points here. The team that ships first sets the terms. Everyone else is catching up.
